ArcView GIS is released by ESRI. ArcView GIS is one of the most Geographic Information System (GIS) software that used to spatial analysis to produce a map in the world. The ArcView GIS Tutorial consist of introduction to GIS and ArcView GIS, View and Theme, Table or Attribute/Tabular Data, Geoprocessing, Report, Map Labeling, Input Graphic or Spatial Data, Spatial Analysis, Modeling, and Design Layout.

1. Pada versi 3.2 Ekstensi Report Writer didasarkan pada Crystal Report 7.5. Pada versi ini menggunakan Crystal Report 8.5 
2. Fasilitas ArcView Projection telah disempurnakan sehingga menjadi lebih cepat dalam konversi antara proyeksi peta.
3. Fasilitas import data SDTS (Spatial Data Tranfer Standar) telah diperbaharui sehingga dapat mengimport versi terakhir dari data USGS (United State Geological Survey).
4. Ekstensi CAD Reader sekarang support AutoCad 2000 file DWG release 15.
5. Eketensi Database Access 2.1c sekarang dapat melakukan koneksi ke data server spasial ArcSDE 8.1.2 yang sebelumnya pada Database Access 2.1b hanya dapat terkoneksi dengan ArcSDE 8.1.
6. Saat ini ArcView support IMAGENE ERDAS 8..5
7. Ekstensi NITF Imange sekarang telah diperbaharui untuk dapat membaca semua citra dengan format .ntf.
8.  ArcView menambahkan ekstensi baru, yaitu MrSID untuk meningkatkan kualitas tampilan dan cetakan citra.
9.  ArcView GIS 3.3 sekarang mempunyai kemampuan untuk membaca coverage Arc/Info double precision yang diperkenalkan pada PC Arc/Info versi 4.0.
10. Data yang disertakan dalam CD installer telah ditambahkan jumlahnya dan beberapa telah di-update.
